Because of the custom nature of the doodlebugandco magic, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or general preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within three days of receiving your item. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
Please ensure that all order details, including personalisation, are correct before completing your order, as I do begin working on your wonderful orders promptly.
